  I went shopping with my birthday certificate (emailed to me by Express) and after spending 45 minutes picking out clearance items I was told they wouldn't honor my birthday code. It doesn't give restrictions on the "coupon" and I've used it every year on clearance items for as long as I can remember! And they admitted that the code will work and some stores will use it but they WON'T.

  Staff is very unhelpful. Ignored and treated rudely when asking for help. 3rd time to this location. Same behaviors each time. Today I asked about a shirt as a gift in another size. The guy working there said they didn't have it, looked it up and said Wiilowbend had it. Asked him to please call that store to hold it and was told "we can't do that." Knew that wasn't true. Willowbend validated my complaint. Considering how empty Village at Fairview is, (nothing can stay open there it seems), you would think service would be better. There was no one in store except 2 employees. Word to the wise, just because I'm not in my 20's doesn't mean it's acceptable to behave that way. I needed a gift for someone who likes Express clothing. People my age are the ones with the money to spend. Not your college pals. Pay attention!
